Hey! First I want to say thanks for checking me out, I appreciate the time you're taking to view me and even consider working with me! My desire to help people has been a life long journey of service. I've been in the mental health space for over 12 years now, more recently I started motivational speaking. I'm also a former personal trainer and former FDNY firefighter who served during the height of the first variant of the C-19 pandemic.
