About me
As someone who has suffered in the past from an eating disorder I decided to embark on my own health journey(24 years ago!) and get educated on how the human body works. I learned the body wants to heal itself when you give it what it needs, and symptoms disappear. I've learned that 88% of the US population is metabolically unhealthy, and that leads to chronic illness and disease. I was part of that group. No more.
