Hi, I'm a Psychology of Eating Coach and Instructor and a HeartMath Coach and Instructor and I specialize in helping working women 40-65 to lose the weight and the stress. My clients learn to eat healthy whole foods that they love and never diet, and often they are over-whelmed with stress from all that they try to do. HeartMath helps them balance their life just like the Psychology of Eating helps them balance their eating.
