About me

i was called into bodywork, massage, and human structure as a young girl; was a fitness trainer in my early 20's; and then spent 40 years studying - and learning to address - chronic pain, trauma, and the root causes of disease. Early on, i had a devastating injury myself, and hence, a learning curve both personal and professional at once.
Yoga therapy, herbal medicine, and sound healing have always been part of the mix. i make potent plant medicines that accelerate self-repair at all levels.
