My name is Yona, and I'm so happy you're here! I am a Certified Professional Coach, PCC, COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist, and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner. I am also a physical therapist, a mother, a wife, an avid reader, baker and cook, a puzzle aficionado, and a SCUBA diver. Being in nature feeds my soul and I am grateful to live in a state as beautiful as Colorado. Collecting experiences through travel, meeting new people, and learning about different cultures adds richness to my life. I love entertaining and making people laugh.
