About me
My journey into healing and transformation has been anything but conventional. With 15 years as a CNA, a lifetime of observing people and behavior, and my own intuitive guidance, I’ve discovered that true healing happens when we integrate all parts of ourselves—realigning not just our energetic and physical bodies, but acheiving heart-mind coherence as well. My work is rooted in deep integrity, compassion, commitment to truth, and love for the process, guiding clients beyond surface-level understanding into profound embodiment and activation of their highest potential. I approach each session as a co-creative process, holding a high-frequency space where shifts happen rapidly, clarity replaces confusion, and healing becomes a natural byproduct of alignment. My intention is always to empower you to trust your own knowing, reclaim your sovereignty, and step fully into the life your soul came here to live. Diagnosed with bipolar at 16, 3 autoimmune conditions in 2017, and a genetic disorder in 2021, I was no stranger to pain. In 2020 I decided to make uncondtional love the lens I used to view the world, and everything shifted. May 2025 will be 2.5 years medication and symptom free of all 'chronic' conditions. My biggest life changes? Body awarenes, frequency cultivation and deliberately choosing joy and love. I look forward to co-creating with you! Much love, and many blessings!
