About meThrough years of working in the mental and physical health industries, Lauren Cashatt and Dr. Katie Arfa realized there was a massive gap between the two. That gap is THE reason people struggle to find peace and health. That is when Lauren and Katie decided to engineer a business that would solve this problem. By using a new and innovative model that blends brain science, psychology, and behavior research with the 4 lifestyle pillars of Sleep, Exercise, Nutrition, and Stress Management (putting the "4" in re4m), they've constructed a simple yet dynamic method that helps each unique person reach their health destination by addressing the obstacles that stand in their way.
What You Can Expect On Your First VisitThe first visit will comprise of a consultation and a sit down conversation regarding health, goals, and lifestyle. Since each person's health, goals, and lifestyles are vastly different than another's, so will their coaching experience be with us.
We focus on the individual's life and grow from there.
