About me

My journey in the holistic space began in 2018 when I fell in love with nutrition. I became a Health & Wellness Coach & Business Mentor, helping thousands transform their health, energy, and weight management through premium nutrition, bioavailability and sustainable lifestyle shifts. Seeing first hand how proper nutrition and gut healing could change lives, I still currently coach & mentor large communities all over the world to Thrive in all aspects of life. —but I realized that true wellness extends far beyond just the body.

As an expert in nutrition & naturopathy... I became an advocate of holistic healing. During my own spiritual journey, I discovered the profound connection between nutrition, inner work & energetic balance. My daily wellness routine became a way of life. I became a Reiki Master and expanded my work to include bioenergetics and nutritional integrative healing. Today, I offer Reiki, PEMF therapy, infrared sauna, chakra scanning, and Healy frequency technology to help the body release blockages, restore balance, and activate deep healing.

Beyond physical and energetic wellness, I also provide spiritual coaching and mentorship for those seeking to make sense of their journey and heal on a deeper level.
