About me

Growing up in a religious context, living in a variety foreign countries and going to boarding school produced in me a unique mix of things. Do you relate to any of these?
-shame and mistrust of my body, pleasure, sex;
-social adaptability but not able to distinguish my own preferences or my yes/no;
-independence and curiosity and fear of showing vulnerability.
In the past decade, I've released my four 4 children to adulthood, transitioned out of my close marriage of 27 years, come out of christianity and come into a delightful relationship with my own body, pleasure and sex. I'm very curious about the nature of pleasure in our human experience, and the meaning and potential of of our sexuality.

I see Embodiment as spiritual path and our Sexuality as sacred. They teach us about the mystery of oneness and we-ness. It is my deep honor to support you to find your way to connect intimately with yourself, shed shame, and find joy and healing in your full erotic expression.
Using somatic practices, games, mindful touch we can play to discover and voice your desires and boundaries within a safe setting, and work through any challenges, blockages, or disconnection from your body and your pleasure. Sessions are trauma-informed and co-created with an educational focus.
