I don’t believe in quick fixes. I believe in sacred space, deep listening, and meeting you exactly where you are. My sessions are rooted in energy healing — but more than anything, they’re rooted in presence. I draw from Reiki, intuitive channeling, somatic awareness, and a lifetime of spiritual initiations to guide our time together. Some call it soul mentorship. Others say it feels like coming home.
The name CODEDFREQ comes from Coded Frequency — a reflection of the unique soul codes we each carry. These are the imprints of our truth, our gifts, and our purpose. My work is about helping you uncover those codes and live in alignment with your unique energy signature.
“Coded” speaks to the hidden wisdom waiting to emerge. “Freq” honors the vibrational frequency that shapes how we live, love, and lead. Together, CODEDFREQ is about remembering who you really are — and honoring that in every breath.

About me
My healing path started long before I had language for it. Raised between two worlds — one of strict religion, the other of ungrounded — I learned early how to survive without being fully seen. I struggled with control, food, fear, and grief. But underneath it all was always a knowing: there’s more than this. There’s something sacred. And I came here to remember it — and help others do the same.
My journey took me from LA to the Israeli army, from massage school to Sedona and Bali, from trauma to transformation. Along the way, I became a Reiki Master, studied chakra balancing and energy work, supported hospice transitions, held others through their pain, and reclaimed my own body and intuition. I discovered that healing isn't something we do once — it’s something we live.
My sessions aren’t just about energy healing — they’re about remembering. I work with you intuitively, feeling into your body, your energy, and your soul’s deeper truths. Whether you need grounding, clarity, release, or simply to be witnessed, I create a space where all of you is welcome.
