About me

Hello dear soul and thank you stumbling across my profile.

I have been in the helping field for 25 years. I have a serving heart and love to help connect people to remembering who they truly are and who they came here to be. I specialize in working with highly sensitive souls and empaths. I also have a deep calling to work with tender and guarded hearts who have a mother wound.

Working with me is a collaborative effort. Together we will unravel from the stories we have been told about ourselves (and quite possibly believed). We will dive deep through energy healing, meditation/journey work, connecting to our intuition and integrating through ceremony.

I have a calm, safe and down to earth energy. I enjoy working with other healers and creatives as well as folx who are new but open to exploring non traditional ways of understanding themselves and creating a life that dreams are made of.
