From Teaching to Healing: Andrea's Journey to Relieve Suffering

As a holistic practitioner with a diverse background, I am passionate about helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. My journey began with pre-med courses at UCLA, where I discovered my deep interest in the mind-body connection. This led me to pursue a BA in Psychology and an MS in Public Health, which equipped me with the knowledge and skills to teach health education classes at the junior college and university levels.

Life took an unexpected turn when I developed a lung condition due to secondhand smoke in my workplace. This experience ignited my passion for creating healthier environments and inspired me to become an active advocate for smokefree workplace laws at the local and state level.

Driven by a desire to create a healthier world, I delved into the study of shamanic healing. I hold an advanced practitioner certification from The Four Winds and have expanded my knowledge through studying with other experts in the field. This allows me to offer my clients the most effective and transformative healing experiences.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that each individual has the power to rediscover their true self by releasing old stories and embracing a new, empowering narrative. I work closely with my clients, always seeking their express permission, to facilitate this transformative process.
