My journey of overcoming health issues, addictions, and feeling lost inspired me to help others find their true authentic selves. Over 30 years of spiritual studies, authoring three books, and coaching many clients, my life's purpose is genuinely being manifest in the flesh.
After the first session, clients have described the experience as empowering, connected, centered, spiritual, awaking filled with love. There is a deep spiritual connection I share with those I work with, a true feeling of Namaste!
CARES, which stands for C = Connection: We must make the connection; why are you training and working out? A = Action: Every intention requires the right action to support the desire. R = Remember: We get to remember who and what we are through the physical training of the body. E= Empowerment: Every physical training session leads to spiritual empowerment. S = Self-Love: Self-love is always the goal. Our primary focus is to know who we are and fall in love with what we find.
Skip’s 5D’s of Training: Drive, Dedication, Determination, Discipline, and Direction is a mental practice we use before, during, and after the physical practice for motivation and inspiration. Drive – What is driving you? What’s the goal? Dedication – Dedication to your practice produces results. Can you be dedicated for one workout, breath, or moment at a time? That is all you need. Determination – Determination is the key to see each and every workout complete. Are you determined to see every session through? Discipline – Discipline in your practice or program allows you the time to achieve the goals. Are you willing to be disciplined and show up for your transformation? Direction – Every achievement requires direction. You must have a game plan to get from point A to point Z. Every coach, teacher, or trainer, shows up with the blueprint for success, but the student must have a willingness to follow the plan.
