About me

I bring an authentic and heart-centered approach to healing, blending the realness of being human with the divinity of being Spirit. My work is rooted in astrology, sound healing, Reiki, somatic healing, and celestial energy work—but what truly drives me is my passion for guiding others back to their own inner wisdom and power.

My journey into the healing arts wasn’t a straight path. I grew up in chaos, trauma, and deep pain, navigating a childhood marked by family dysfunction, religious trauma, and abuse. By 15, I was using hard drugs and self-harming, completely disconnected from myself and the world around me. I had no belief in anything beyond what I could see—until a near-death experience at 19 shattered my perception and reawakened my connection to the Divine.

That moment changed everything. It led me to yoga, which became my first step toward healing—not just physically but emotionally and spiritually. From there, I dove into Reiki, sound healing, breathwork, astrology, somatic healing, and shamanic practices, discovering tools that helped me rewrite my story and reclaim my power.

Now, it's my mission to share those tools with others. I believe deeply in the power of self-healing—I am simply a facilitator, a mirror reflecting back the light that is already within you.
