About me

Mr. Jordan Hill is a board certified Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Jordan has completed hundreds of hours of post graduate training in both Critical Care, Internal Medicine, and Functional Medicine. Jordan obtained his initial AG-ACNP training from the world renowned and prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston located in THE TEXAS MEDICAL CENTER in 2019. Since starting his Nurse Practitioner career Jordan has been in clinical practice in Atlanta, GA working for a large academic medical center and operates a medical weight loss and functional medical practice that serves patients throughout all of Georgia.

Jordan has worked and partnered with 1000's of patients over the past 10 years of his combined Nursing and Nurse Practitioner practice and has a passion for helping sick folks get well. His professional passions include Weight Loss, Thyroid Dysfunction, Type 2 Diabetes, ADHD, Neuropathy, Gut Dysfunction, & Autoimmune Disease.

Jordan grew up just South of Nashville, TN but now resides in Atlanta, GA with his lovable but often trouble making Australian Shepherd named Ragnar.
