About me

I am a Registered Nurse, offering a unique combination of Healing Touch and personalized coaching for a holistic approach to health.

I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Microbiology and went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I have worked in many areas of nursing and am a board-certified pediatric nurse.

My studies in Healing Touch began over 30 years ago while in nursing school. Healing Touch is an energy-based therapy used to enhance the body's natural healing ability by promoting energetic balance in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body and is endorsed by the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA). Most recently, I completed the Healing Touch for Animals® (HTA) program and am a Healing Touch for Animals® practitioner. Healing Touch for Animals® works with the animal’s energetic body to promote balance and healing. healingtouchforanimals.com

In April of 2024, I completed a Holistic Nurse Coach program and am working toward board certification in Nurse Coaching. My unique style of coaching utilizes my understanding of the energetic body to help set and attain goals to create a healthy, empowered, confident life.
