About me

With a toolbox of modalities, I offer a diverse approach to heal, transformation, and spiritual enlightenment. As a Reiki Master, I am the 11th in my linage from Usui himself. I honor the sacredness and traditional approach to this healing modality. As I continued my own self-healing journey and enlightenment, I took a few years and studied under Samantha Skelly with PAUSE Breathwork learning from an embodied lens of healing, I became certified in Trauma In-formed Breathwork, Advanced Breathwork and Energetics as well as a Trauma In-formed Somatic Healing Coach. Furthering my education and learning different approaches, I became certified in Mastery of Hypnotherapy as well as Akashic Record Reading.

With over 14 years of experience, I guide my clients through transformation changes. Together we co-create a uniquely designed experience that will serve best for their healing and evolution. Titrating the nervous system, supporting emotional regulation and going at a depth and pace that is safe and supportive for the client. Release, rediscovering, and realigning with your Soul's purpose.
