My path began with a camera in hand and a deep connection to the outdoors. While studying psychology in England, I discovered the transformative power of photography and Art Therapy, igniting a passion that led me to pursue a Masters in Art Therapy to complement my Bachelor's in Psychology.

My professional journey evolved from clinical settings in Milwaukee to practicing Exposure Therapy in Minnesota, where I blended creative instincts with structured techniques to support those grappling with OCD, anxiety and avoidance disorders. Seeking a more integrated approach, I launched Brave OCD, my first venture incorporating outdoor Art Exposure Therapy, embracing a vision that weaves together mind, body, and spirit through Nature.

I invite clients to awaken their healing relationships with the more-than-human world, facilitating emotional wellbeing and offering support in engaging with climate fears, social unrest, philosophical or related existential concerns. My unique methodology intertwines 15 years of therapeutic experience with soul work and nature connection, guiding clients to explore their inner landscapes through the lens of the natural world, sensory exploration, and personal myth. This approach empowers you to align your actions with your deepest values, fostering a life of authenticity and purpose. By immersing ourselves in Nature's wisdom, we uncover the core principles that resonate with your true self, weaving these insights into a mosaic of meaningful, values-driven choices that honor both your individual journey and your place within the greater web of life.

In our work together, I offer a tapestry of healing modalities including:

- Practical exploration of fear avoidance (Exposure Therapy)

- Nature immersion and forest bathing

- Breathwork and meditation

- Mythological exploration, sharing and accepting your own story

- Ritual and ceremony for life transitions

- Art therapy and creative exploration

As a devoted gardener and compassionate tender of the Land, I attune myself to the wisdom and guidance of plants. I continuously deepen my understanding of psychology, ecology, and mythology through this profound connection with Nature. My approach bridges modern psychological techniques with transformative Soul work, offering both practical tools and profound insights.

I invite you on a journey of self-discovery, where we'll navigate fears, embrace uncertainty, and cultivate authentic living while rekindling your relationship with the more-than-human world. Together, we'll explore how Nature and creativity can help you weave your values back into your life, strengthen your inner being, and claim your Divine Right to a meaningful relationship with the natural world.

If you're ready to embark on this path of healing and self-discovery, I'm here to walk alongside you. Let's explore how engaging with the Land and the natural world—the world you belong in—can help you find peace, purpose, and joy in your life.
