About me

"Welcome to my holistic healing practice! As a counselor, clinical hypnotherapist, and life coach with nearly 30 years of experience, I am passionate about helping clients in the Seattle area thrive and live their best lives. My approach is rooted in personal experience, having navigated the joys and challenges of marriage, divorce, motherhood, blended families, entrepreneurship, and overcoming cancer.

I have extensively studied a wide range of holistic health modalities, including psychology, hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, counseling, coaching, PSYCH-K, EFT Tapping, nutrition, aromatherapy, herbology, and energy psychology. Additionally, I have attended over 500 births and have a deep understanding of pregnancy and childbirth.

My philosophy of care is centered on the power of the human spirit and the mind-body connection. I believe in nurturing clients through life's changes and challenges, supporting them in uncovering their strengths and developing greater skills to navigate our complex world.

During your first visit, we'll discuss your goals and how I can best support you on your journey. I'll provide an in-depth explanation of hypnosis and other approaches I use, ensuring you have a clear understanding of what to expect as we work together.
