This knowledge led me to create Woodsorrel Handmade Herbal Body and Bath Products, marrying my passions for herbs and wellness.

As a certified Shiatsu therapist since 1983, I incorporate herbal wisdom into my massage sessions, providing a holistic approach to relaxation and rejuvenation. My love for nature and wild edibles has inspired me to lead herb walks, sharing the identification and practical uses of the abundant medicinal plants in our beautiful seaside town.

In my ""Herbal Ways for Women"" course, I offer an immersive, hands-on experience designed to give you a solid foundation in herbal applications.
