As a passionate holistic health practitioner, my journey began in high school, where I developed a deep fascination with the human body as an athlete. This led me to become a doctor of physical therapy, but I quickly realized that true healing requires a holistic approach that addresses stress, sleep, emotions, movement, and nutrition.
Driven by this realization, I obtained my Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification to guide others on their healing journey using the power of whole foods and habit architecture.
