About me

Hi, My name is Alexandria! I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist as well as a Doula who is passionate about nutritionally supporting women through all life stages and seasons while using a proven holistic nutritional approach.

I have been involved in the holistic health field for over 7 years originally on my own journey to clear my skin from severe acne, which led into a flourishing career in helping others. It all started when I realized that my acne was more than skin deep; hormones, gut health, nutrition, lifestyle, it all mattered! I jumped through so many hoops, trials, errors, and the one thing that gave me true balance and healing was holistic nutrition. The aspect that stood out to me the most was how imbalanced my hormones were. I did all of the reading, research, and testing possible so that I could know them inside and out, finally able to see clear results. For 3+ years I have been helping women balance their hormones and take hold of their health! This has also led me to become a doula while I support clients through their preconception to postpartum journeys.

I believe in natural approaches and being in tune with our ancestral beliefs. We are carefully crafted (& wonderfully made) beings, we deserve to nourish our bodies as such!
