Dr. Yasmin Areida is a highly skilled medical professional with extensive international training in the United Kingdom, Egypt, Malaysia, and the United States. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Cairo University and a Master of Science in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University. She also has a Diploma in Nutrition from the National Nutrition Institute at Cairo University and a Diploma in Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. She is pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Western States.A dedicated Functional Medicine Provider, Dr. Areida specializes in addressing the root causes of disease through a holistic approach that integrates medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, and stress management, rather than just treating symptoms. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN), offering personalized dietary and wellness plans tailored to individual patient needs. Also, a Heart Math Certified practitioner with Heart Math stress management certification, Dr. Areida is committed to empowering individuals through science-backed health strategies, aesthetic treatments, and education.Dr. Areida is also a recognized expert in regenerative aesthetics and skincare.
