Hi,
I'm Coach Ziggy Rock.
I help people get better.. Period.
I'm certified, insured and have specialized in After Physical Therapy exercise, at Home Stroke Rehab and Senior fitness for almost 10 years in North County San Diego.
I took 25+ years working in hospitals and Physical Therapy clinics, combined 15 years of being a Coach and developed a uniqe program called "Home Care Fitness Training."
