About me
Providing nutritional & lifestyle counseling through personalized programs that are unique to you.
I have been in the health and wellness industry for 20 years. I started my journey as a massage therapist and evolved from there. From my massage years, I bring my somatic training into my coaching practice. Somatic is body-centered psychotherapy. Not a whole lot of therapy talk, it is regulating the body through sensation. When you have a sense of the body, you will have greater success feeling how you respond to foods and the changes that we are creating.
