I am an Ayurveda consultant and educator.
I have classically trained in India for 8 ½ years, I have completed Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and Masters in Ayurveda from prestigious Banaras Hindu University, India. Growing up in India I have been very fortunate to learn from some of the world's most renowned and respected teachers.
Before moving to the USA, I was Professor in Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India.
I am a published author of two Ayurveda books on women's health: Stree Roga Vimarsha - a book of Ayurvedic Gynecology and Prasuti Tantra sandarshini- A book of Ayurvedic Obstetrics. You can find them on Amazon!
I have been recognized by my peers for excellence in teaching and felicitated with “Charaka Award” in 2017.
Ayurveda is my passion and I continue working with many Ayurveda organizations’ and schools in India as well as the USA.
