Holistic Health Coaching - 3 months
Holistic health coaching means we will discuss your well-being from every angle - nutrition, sleep, stress, supplements, exercise, emotional health, mental health, etc. Whatever is on your mind, we can work on it to renew your life! Our first session with be a 1-hour comprehensive assessment to go over your lifestyle and goals. Then we will meet each week for 30 minutes via phone or Zoom (your choice) to discuss progress on goals, questions and areas of concern. You'll get encouragement, support and motivation to keep you going week to week to reach your optimal health!
30 Minutes   •   $440

Holistic Nutrition Coaching Package - 12 sessions
The 12-session package will allow us to work together for up to 3 months to develop and achieve your health and nutrition goals. Our first session will be a one-hour (60 min) assessment of your current lifestyle and future goals. You will leave with actionable steps to work on before our following session. Each session after that will 30 minutes long. We will discuss progress, challenges, and come up with new goals and practical steps for you to work on each week. These sessions are typically bi-monthly but can be adjusted as needed. While our primary focus will be nutrition habits, we will also touch on fitness, toxins, sleep, stress and overall health to make sure your whole self is supported and cared for!

About me

I am passionate about building fit bodies and minds, having proper nutrition and food that tastes great, and creating healthy lives that empower us to enjoy life with purpose! I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and have worked with a wide variety of clients, backgrounds, and health issues. I am currently becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I believe fitness and health are some of our greatest teachers to make us mentally, emotionally and spiritually stronger.

I don't believe in cookie-cutter programs or quick fixes, but in teaching you how to live as healthy as possible while making it as simple and enjoyable as possible! Healthy, whole living shouldn't be about giving up everything you love.

I got into fitness and nutrition so that I could lose weight and gain more confidence in how I looked and felt. After successfully doing so, I wanted to help others do the same! I've learned so much, made mistakes, and found what works best, so I love making it simpler for others to make the process faster! My passion for nutrition flourished during my personal experience with using nutrition to lose weight, build muscle, increase energy, improve my digestion and gut health, and prevent disease. I practice what I preach and have experience in coaching nutrition for everything from athletic performance to weight loss to health care. My athletic background includes NPC fitness competition and podium placings at Olympic distance triathlons.

My Philosophy of Care

My philosophy is that YOU are unique, so your path to care and well-being must be equally unique. I believe that long-term success takes time and prefer to work together for at least 6 months. Together, we come up with adaptable plans that will help you reach your goals and maintain them over time. I will come alongside you to support you to take control of your own choices. I won't tell you exactly what to do, but will cooperatively help you find what works best for your unique situation.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

After our first session, you'll have a better understanding of how your lifestyle, habits and support system are affecting your well-being and what you can do about it. We'll work together to set some realistic goals and you'll walk away feeling empowered with simple first steps to take to start achieving your health goals. Rest assured you will feel heard and capable of renewing your body, mind and life!

My Inspiration

I believe God is the ultimate healer, but He usually uses people to help us get healed. I have personally been healed through both miraculous one-time events as well as very long-term experience, experiments, and learning with my own body. Becoming physically and mentally healthier has made my life so much better and I love getting to share that with you and help you find healing in the ways you need it as well.

Working on your diet and finding foods and/or supplements that are good for your gut health can drastically help with IBS. Our diet is the foundation of everything, so making sure that the foods you're eating aren't irritating your stomach or intestines is really important. It's also key to eat foods that help to maintain healthy gut bacteria and promote healing of your gut. Working with a coach/nutritionist on this, along with some trial and error, can help to deal with the root causes of the symptoms.

Everyone! Honestly, even healthy people can benefit. A coach or counselor can help give you some new ideas and insights, tips, and help you work through everything from health issues to emotional issues related to eating. Nutrition is so wrapped up in our emotions and lifestyle that we often need the help of someone else to find what works for us and what is keeping us from the optimal nutrition and lifestyle goals we're seeking after. I think we can all learn something from each other!

Sticking with new year's goals is hard for most people! And it's actually totally natural to lose your drive. One of the most helpful things you can do is to ask yourself what is making it hard? Why are you unmotivated? What is hard? For instance, did you set too many goals and it's just to hard to stick with them all? Maybe you feel overwhelmed. Maybe you chose some goals that are too big and you need to start with baby steps. If you can determine WHY it's feeling hard, then you can work backward on how to adjust your goals to make them feel both achievable and exciting. I love working with people to help with just this kind of issue. A coach can look at your goals with you and help create a realistic plan for achieving them, plus the support to stick with it!
