Going to opthalmologist Monday after 2nd episode of sharp 1-second pain in eye in 3 weeks, no sign of bleeding from a broken capillary, slight tearing. Seems to fit description of "ice-pick" headache. Have had common migraine since age 7 (now 70), but this is new. Slight headache afterward both times, real migraine next morning after this second one. Anthing else I should be considering as cause, prevention?
