“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face and do the thing you think you cannot do.” ― Eleanor Roosevelt. Most people are afraid to step out of their comfort zone. With the above quote, by stepping out of your comfort zone, you are taking one step into being closer to your aligned self, mission and purpose in life. Start doing that thing you've always wanted to do, but were afraid to do it. and remember, we are never perfect the first time, it takes practice. Offer it as a free service to others, gain experience, knowledge and wisdom around it. So that one day, people will want your services and want to pay you for it. And know that it is a process, it may not be an over night transition, because systems that are built slowly and confidently, are more stable than ones built quickly and with haste.

I am an acupuncturist. I inspire and support people to live at their highest potential by transforming their health and life experience.

This is a great question! It's not easy, but definitely possible. Though times are difficult the collective energy is potent, moving quickly and creating massive shifts. If you are able to find a way to ride this energy instead of being dragged by it you will be able to step more fully on your path and fulfill your life purpose. Self care is important always and especially now. Find things that help you balance and align your energy and do them regularly, daily. Some ideas are nature, plants, trees, stones, the ocean, rivers, streams, pets. Taking baths, salts, essential oils, meditation, exercise, dancing, singing. Do whatever you love and do it daily, for even just five minutes. We can, and are, doing this!

I start with the seat of your soul, your energy, and consciousness. I meet you where you are on all levels, mentally, emotionally, spirituality and beyond. Together we uncover hidden emotions and feelings weighing you down, shift you into empowerment and harmonize the mind, body, and spirit to enhance your intuitive healing abilities.

Embrace it fully! I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. We are presented with challenges and situations only when we have enough insight, understanding and wisdom to take the path of wisdom. It's a bold move to step into purpose yet a gratifying one when you can truly tap into your spirit and be lead by purpose and fulfillment. Remember Your Greatness! Beautiful journeyer, are you ready for your next step in your awakening journey- to feel happy for no reason, to open your awareness, and to grow in unconditional love?

Hi Renee, What do you believe is your life purpose? Do you feel these times are stunting your ability to live that out? I really love the tool of a question. There are several questions I use that really help me grow awareness. "What's right and light about his time that I am not getting?" "What else is possible now? " Many times we feel guided to a path of purpose only for it to be halted or stopped. But energy never stops and you can shift your reality at any time. Living your life purpose has nothing to do with these "hard times." Perhaps the first thing to unravel is the beliefs around what difficult times are and why there is a perspective of 'sabotage' there. I do free discovery calls if you would like to explore this a bit more.

When we uncover your trauma, lab test for physiological huddles, & learn through coaching you have real choices, you transform your life!

This is a powerful question that helps to give it some background:
From childhood, we’re programmed with the expectations of parents and role models. These expectations give us something to look up to, something to aim towards. But they also blind us to our own true path.

For example, parents often encourage a path of safety. They push kids towards a degree and a lucrative career. For some people, this road leads to success and satisfaction. For others, it’s a narrow path that leads to frustration.

Of course, parents just want what’s best for their kids. And it’s hard to let down the people who care about us...that’s how expectations lead us in the wrong direction, going to great lengths trying to fit someone else’s version of success.
Eventually, this leads to seeking validation and comparing yourself to others, which in-turn leaves us feeling low, confused, even angry and frustrated. It leaves us feeling defeated, unsatisfied and ultimately... unhappy.

So HOW does one FULLY step into the path of their true life purpose?
We tend to talk about purpose as though each soul has a singular, eternal, reason for being here. This can actually cause more stress in truly understanding yourself as it almost feels like "finding a needle in a haystack."

Consider a different approach — one in which you don’t have to chase after a mysterious unknown. Instead, think of finding purpose like an archaeological dig. It’s an expedition to uncover parts of yourself that have been buried.

We’re going to find out what your heart wants. We’ll start by looking for the clues that you already have in your own mind. Then we’re going to take small steps to build a life that aligns with those secret desires. To learn how to believe in yourself, so that you can have the courage to embrace your aspirations and make them real. That’s how you find enough excitement and purpose to last a lifetime....

I see so much potential in people and have a passion for helping them be their best selves. I am compassionate, bold, daring and courageous!

We have all asked ourselves "What am I supposed to be doing with my life?" "Have I made the right choices?" "What am I here to do?" "What should I be doing with my life?"

These questions address the large topic of LIFE PURPOSE. What is our life purpose? Why does that sound so daunting? If we discover our life purpose what do we do then? How do I navigate moving forward with the pandemic hanging over our heads?

I have designed a group coaching outline that will help you with that in mind. I will help you discover your life purpose and how to take steps to pursue that purpose. If you feel you are already there then perhaps you need a boost during these challenging times to stay on track. I also work with you on goals, what gets in your way and how to gain more resiliency during stressful situations.

This Group Coaching Group will consist of 9 participants, include a one-one-one with me prior to start, step into Positive Intelligence, set goals and learn ways to bring your unique gifts into the world.

With the group coaching setting the sessions are not only uplifting but they are affordable and empowering.

Don't let the pandemic hold you back, STEP INTO YOUR PURPOSE with resiliency, passion and support.
