What is the best multi-vitamin/brand you would recommend for Hashimotos? I'm looking for an inclusive, combination supplement.

did you get this addressed. I believe there are more underlying issues /needs to address this a emotion code or body code practitioner can find. see my site or discover healing . com

I would muscle test you to find the underlying issues and muscle test what supplement will work and avoid the ones you are wasting your money. watch a you tube video on the sway test

Since Hashimotos is an autoimmune disease affecting the thyroid, I recommend that you read labels and stick to an AIP diet protocol. Avoid any supplement that has artificial ingredients, preservatives, wheat, dairy, and any derivative of them. Have your care provider run the appropriate labs to see you true deficiencies and supplement accordingly. I check for all of these things when recommending supplements for my clients. I avoid making recommendations without knowing the details of each individual.

What is the goal you are trying to achieve with the supplement? I love Designs for Health brand ThyroidSynergy. That is not a multi though. Have you started to address root cause? Gut health and food sensitivities?

Understanding where our symptoms come from and addressing the cause for better quality of life.

Hi Gabriela, The first thing I would is understand if the Hashimotos symptoms are due to low thyroid function or because the cells are not actually absorbing.
Either way a raw sea algae chlorophyll would work well. Feel free to contact me if I can assist you further.

This is hard to say without knowing you but I do use Thyrocsin by Thorne Research often and have seen great success in patients with Hashimotos, but this is not a multivitamin however it has vitamins, minerals and herbal cofactors to support a healthy thyroid. It does have some iodine in it so be sure you tolerate this ok, but it is not a high dose.
