What is your favorite trick for keeping to your health and wellness goals during the holiday season?

Mine is to be sure I'm not hungry when I go to a holiday party. That makes sure I don't overindulge. :-) What works for you?

Have a healthy satisfying snack before you attend a party, so that when you attend the party you are not ravinous. Also drink lots of water as well.
