Like Stacy Peacock mentioned you can go by their site or a book. Finding a flower essence practitioner is also helpful. Sometimes diagnosing ourselves can be difficult.

Hi, you can actually find the Bach Flower information on Amazon. I would love to refer you to one book, but there are so many. You can do the Bach Flower workbook, and study course if you like. That is probably the best way to find out which Remedies would best for you.
