I help people with diagnosed illness(es) implement their treatment plan effortlessly so they can regain their health quickly.

First up to make sure all sources of mold in your home and work have been remediated.
Next up is to eat a low mold diet so that you can starve what has taken hold in your body.
Third is to work with a mold knowledgeable doctor to slowly incorporate specific binders, detoxing aides, and mold killing supplements to start getting the mycotoxins out of your body without overwhelming your system and making you feel a million times worse than you already do.
Then there are things you can do to support your health like getting sufficient sleep, drinking plenty of water, healing a leaky gut, exercise, and stress management.

It is a specific process of providing the right remedy, at the right level, at the right time, in the right sequence.

I would agree FIR sauna would be a good step. The mold can be isolated and imprinted into a homeopathic remedy specific to you as well.

I'm a Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach who helps women find relief from endometriosis, PCOS, anxiety, and/or depression.

Infrared Sauna is a great way to detox from almost anything because it is detoxifying you at a cellular level. I would highly recommend finding one in your area to help detoxify the mold in your system.

Aloha! I'm an energy practitioner who releases the imbalances in your body causing physical, emotional and mental pain.

One way to detox from mold toxicity is to do so by having an energy practitioner actually release the mold pathogen and the toxins energetically from your energy body which in turn will clear from your physical body. This happened with my daughter who had just cleared her woodbox; she was suffering with a migraine headache when I used the Bodycode method to release the mold energy from her. The result was immediate and she began to feel better immediately.

I've experienced this myself, and every road is different. But number one is avoid exposure - removing the mold safely and properly or removing yourself. Number two is address diet and lifestyle habits in ways that decrease stress and toxins as much as possible and increase nutrients - to support your body in clearing mycotoxins. Many people find binders helpful, like activated charcoal, bentonite clay, etc. Many people find epsom salt or bentonite clay baths helpful. Or infra red sauna. Chronic mold exposure can hijack many systems in the body, including immune system, nervous system, etc, so each person's path to healing and wellness varies. Happy to share more if it's helpful.
