Anyone have a good yoga routine for shoulder stiffness/restricted range of motion?

What ever you do make sure you breath easy and don't over stretch. Healing the shoulder is difficult to describe in words mainly you need to leave it alone.

Yoga and stretching can help shoulders but if there is a mis alinement (subluxation) in the shoulder you need to see a Chiropractor that does extremity (shoulder adjustments) first, then do the Yoga for the shoulder.
