Our first form of health insurance is our food and our mind.

It has been said to happen. For sure you can definitely alleviate some of your pain and suffering by incorporating an organic, more plant based diet.

Another helpful step for many people has been to eliminate night shades and any mushrooms or fungi in the diet. Certain food allergies and sensitivities have also been known to hinder the arthritic patient.

And then there are meditation and breathing techniques available to manage chronic pain as well.

(These mindfulness techniques have helped thousands & can benefit You).

Besides shifting nutrition there are also beliefs stored in the subconscious mind that can help heal arthritis. We could dig on your beliefs around having to be right, and subconscious fears about moving forward, resentments towards the world. I have found from repatterning the brain of hundreds of people on the subconscious mind and creating new healthier belief structures people reverse dis- ease in the body/mind/heart/spirit. Is this something you are possibly looking for? Please contact me if you are open and interested in discovering your truth inside yourself to heal. Warmly, Lottie

Are you tired of a bandaid approach to your health? Those approaches mask the symptoms without solving the root cause. Let me help you find the answer to true wellness.

Arthritis is caused by years of an acid-forming and inflammatory diet. By changing that, your body will keep its calcium where it belongs in the bones. Removing inflammatory foods and replacing them with specific nourishing foods, will allow the body to heal itself.

People find significant and studied improvements in arthritis symptoms and prevention of deterioration through the Qi Gong practice--T'ai Chi Chih. I don't believe I can post links here; however, you can links to medical studies on the official T'ai Chi Chih website.

I use the Enneagram to help my clients learn about themselves, and others, so they enjoy easy interactions in any situation and a sense of peace, contentment and joy in everyday life.

Hi, I'm Erika and have been an Orthopedic Physician Assistant for the past 15 years. For the last 12 years, I have been helping an Orthopedic surgeon treat arthritis and do hip and knee replacement surgery. I am also a Health Coach.

Unfortunately, arthritis is irreversible.

Arthritis is loss of the cartilage that covers the ends of your bones where they touch each other. Once you lose that cartilage, it can't be replaced, except with metal and plastic in a joint replacement surgery. There have been and are many ongoing efforts to solve this problem, but so far, once you lose your cartilage, there is no getting it back.

Arthritis is a slow process. Most people who have severe arthritis have had it for 10 years or more, they just haven't felt the symptoms. The body is incredible with it's ability to adjust and hide symptoms.

There are a lot of ways to treat the symptoms of arthritis, including medication, activity modification, keeping an appropriate weight for your body type, low impact aerobic exercise, an assistive device, like a cane, avoiding foods that cause inflammation, stretching, ice, physical therapy and so much more.

Please contact me with any questions or to discuss further. I would love to help in any way I can.

Classical homeopathy is a system of medicine to stimulate the body's own intelligence for whole, deep healing.

Arthritis symptoms can definitely improve with homeopathy. A well chosen individualized homeopathic remedy will stimulate the body into balance. When the body rebalances then symptoms diminish or go away completely.

For example: I have personally observed a homeopathic case of a young woman coming in with rheumatoid arthritis who was on medication. Over time she slowly came off meds and had no symptoms (her lab results correlated with her disappearing pain). Later a few minor systems would re-appear. Each of her follow-ups was a holistic approach to her totality of symptoms (mentally, physically and emotionally) and she improved. Another case of rheumatoid arthritis was an elderly person getting an injection every 6 weeks. With homeopathy she was able to get the injection less frequently and her pain diminished between the injections along with increased vitality and improved mood.

Symptoms of osteoarthritis are common chief complaints in the homeopathic practice. It’s very typical for clients’ symptoms to greatly improve with homeopathy. Anyone interested in homeopathy for symptoms of arthritis should see a classical certified homeopath.

“Homeopathy is a safe, gentle, and natural system of healing that works with your body to relieve symptoms, restore itself, and improve your overall health. It is extremely safe to use, even with very small children and pets, has none of the side effects of many traditional medications, is very affordable, is made from natural substances, and is FDA regulated.” National Center of Homeopathy.
