Well nutrition sure can! I got rid of mine and now I help others do the same! But it's more than simply removing some foods - you are a unique bioindividual, so your weaknesses and strengths will be different, as well as the cause of yours. You definitely need to boost foods that will help support the rebuilding of your digestive tract and ones that will promote a more robust and balanced microbiome. I also find stress management helps a lot of people.

Do you know if you also have SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth)? That will be a factor.
