It can help some people, but not all people. There are definitely steps to take before going "high fiber" as well as decisions to make about the sources of your fiber you are going to use. Also, depending on your symptoms, you may want to do some gentle healing first before introducing a lot of fiber. Once you do introduce fiber there are a host of symptoms to pay attention to that may indicate other issues that need to be addressed first. We are all puzzles!! :)
