I strongly believe that ADHD is cause by chemical imbalance in our brain, gut dysfunction and desbiosis . Emotional, physical Trauma can also cause your brain to lose neurons and nerve tissues. I like to suggest taking a look at the root cause and considering a holistic approach to health and wellness first. For example, stillness, incorporating yoga, meditation, and plan base medicine that can help you overcome past traumas and emotional burden, as well as looking into your nutrition to get your body to a better health, and homeostasis, and bring up your hormone in balance.
