Can an elimination diet help with my depression? What should I cut out first?

I view each client as the unique individual that they are since no two people are exactly alike. As your coach, I will help you identify top nutrition priorities and roadblocks to overcome.

I think an elimination diet could help but it may not be the first step. You could focus on first reducing, then cutting out food groups that generally tend to have a strong influence on the pleasure centers of your brain such as sugar, gluten, and dairy.

It's important at the same time to add in foods that support your body's processes at a cellular level such as dark leafy greens, berries, and healthy fats like nuts and seeds or wild-caught salmon so that you're left feeling satisfied.

If I were you, I would start with refined sugar, then gluten, then dairy.

Hope this helps!

Yes...and it's often the start of a longer process. You may want to look into gut-healing protocols such as GAPS if you don't get satisfactory results.

You could try and cut out gluten, then Dairy.
Often dietary changes are very helpful but not enough, there needs to be a shift in the coordination organs of the brain. Esogetic Colorpuncture on top offers trauma memory related balancing treatments. You can also already order orange therapy glasses that promote joy.
