I help clients achieve their best health by reversing chronic health conditions, activating healing and learning how to thrive by natural laws. Achieve improvements beyond your expectations. Experience healing and have lifelong health while walking with the limitless power of Christ.

Gastrointestinal conditions often stem from improper eating habits and not adhering to natural laws. While herbs, enzymes, and similar supplements can provide relief, they typically address symptoms rather than the root cause. I advocate for the body's self-healing capabilities and focus on addressing the underlying cause of the problem, supplemented by natural organic whole foods as needed for the healing process. A holistic approach that includes diet, lifestyle adjustments, and understanding digestion's fundamental principles is crucial for achieving complete recovery.

I view each client as the unique individual that they are since no two people are exactly alike. As your coach, I will help you identify top nutrition priorities and roadblocks to overcome.

GERD is often caused by low stomach acid (contrary to popular belief that the cause is high stomach acid) and a defective or loose lower esophageal sphincter. Antacid medications relieve symptoms temporarily but often make the problem much worse.

To relieve symptoms of bloating and constipation naturally caused by GERD you could try adding a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (ACV) to 4 oz of water at each meal. If you are taking any PPIs you may want to slowly reduce the use over time before beginning ACV.

GERD is also an indicator that there may be additional gut issues present. Avoiding foods that could perpetuate gut issues for a time such as processed foods, citrus, tomatoes, large meals, coffee and alcohol while working to repair your gut issues could help resolve the issue long term.

Some teas that could also soothe symptoms are CCF (cumin, coriander, fennel tea), peppermint, and ginger.
