How well are you handling the pandemic mentally?

I view each client as the unique individual that they are since no two people are exactly alike. As your coach, I will help you identify your top priorities and roadblocks to overcome.

Better than I was before. I began to limit the amount of news and media I take in daily a few months ago and that has really helped. I want to stay informed but I feel newsfeeds are often meant to get a rise out of people, so I had to find a good balance. I've also started to practice breath work and am prioritizing getting sufficient, high quality sleep above all else.


Yoga teacher, Migraine support and Reiki healer

Really well. I have taken my yoga teaching online. I have lots of time to meditate and do yoga - it is like a mini retreat. I am, of course, unhappy with not seeing my friends and loved ones.
I have taken the time to build my supplements business and learn how to use social media more effectively.
