Begin with 8 ounces of water, meditate, incorporate a gratitude practice, create your day by setting a goal or intention for the day, move your body, and eat a healthy breakfast.
I want to make every day count, so how can I start each day to make it the best day ever?

In Ayurveda, we focus on the natural rhythms, of the day, of the season, of stage of life. There is great benefit to flowing with the natural rhythm. If you would like information on a morning dinacharya (daily routine) visit www.saumya-ayurveda. com or you can google the subject as well.
Avoid consuming chemicals! And reduce your toxic load as best as possible. Your body is primarily made up of water, so I would say that you if you want to improve your morning, improve your night before. Drink a glass of room temperature water, the night before and get plenty of rest. When you first awake, drink more water.
Not Check your phone.
Meditated and declare what you will achieve today.
Drink the pink drink, Plexus Slim to balance gut health and blood sugars for the day. It's the right mix of chromium and plant extracts to promote healthy glucose metabolism all day, too! Ask me more about it or go online to get it at www.HelloFMEC.com/FMEC and join or shop...:)

All great answers! I'll add to it with a cup of warm lemon water. Great for hydration and as a really mild liver cleanse.
Stretch, stretch, stretch, body yawn!!!
Connect with your body through focusing on your breath and spending time clearing your mind through meditation.
Starting the day with a list of things you're grateful for and/or excited can be an incredible way to color your mood for the rest of the day.
