There are many diets out there, one more extreme that others.
Also you’ve probably tried at least once to jump on the “miracle diet” wagon by now for random reasons.

Now, when it comes to pregnancy, experimenting shouldn't be your focus, but making sure that you're eating the most nutrient dense foods that will help restore your nutrient stores and have a successful pregnancy.

Why is important to restore the nutrient stores from food?

📌Medication (including hormonal birth control) will deplete B vitamins, folate, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Magnesium, Zinc and CoQ10

📌Food these days has less nutrients than 30-50-100 years ago, which means that we need to make sure that each meal is as rich as diverse as possible

📌The nutrients that have been stored in the body will be the building blocks for the developing baby and will keep you healthy to carry him/her

📌No supplement will be as efficient as food because the body will only store and use what it was designed to take in a serving. Taking too much of a certain supplement will either create damage or you will pee it out.

If you want to give yourself the best chance to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy, follow these guide lines:
✅Eat 6-9 cups of vegetables per day

✅Eat the rainbow (all the colorful vegetables) at every meal

✅Chose organic produce when you can, follow the @environmentalworkinggroup Dirty 12 and Clean 15 guideline

✅Chose only healthy fats with every meal (avocado, nuts, seeds, coconut oil, grass-fed butter or ghee or animal fat)

✅Get wild caught fish

✅Have grass-fed meat or pasture raised poultry

✅Eat pasture raised eggs

✅Have organic grass-fed dairy (if tolerated)

✅Get only organic grains
