Wild Diet is simply a diet made from fresh seasonal healthy whole foods from plants and animals, consumed as close to its natural form as possible. So yes, close to being a paleo style if you are not looking to be a vegan. Historically around the globe no native diet was true vegan -- in every region around the world the natives ate some form of animal products. Wild diet shuns agricultural produce -- whether plant based or animal origin. Processed foods have no place in this kind of a diet -- so no grains - whole or processed. No refined sugars. Think hunter gatherer style of eating -- whats available around you in nature and what is not cultivated on a farm or manufactured in a factory.
