What are some healthy snacks i can keep in my cubicle at work?

I have had trail mix and the granola bars, but those disappear so quickly. I need something healthy and preferrably carb-free.

Think about fruits and veggies that are low on the glycemic index... Berries are great! I like crunchy veggies like fennel, celery with peanut or cashew butter. Experiment with some veggies that you don't typically eat!

Non-perishable items like nuts (preportion them so you don't accidentally overdo it), nut butters, clementines, apples, popped popcorn from home (over the stove, not the bagged kind), Larabars. Have a combo of protein + carbohydrates to help keep your blood sugar stable and keep you satisfied until your next meal.
