Hey Brittney! Congratulations on your new little one and on your decision to nurse. I BF both of my boys for many years and can't speak highly enough of the benefits. As a health and wellness coach I agree with what Kris suggested. Lots of plant based whole foods. I just posted a wonderful smoothie recipe that would work great for you. I would leave out the matcha and add in brewers yeast which helps milk supply. I'm happy to answer any other questions you have.

Hi Brittney,
Hope you're enjoying breastfeeding as much as I did. Typically galactagogue foods are great for boosting milk supply. Root veggies, dark leafy greens, fennel, fenugreek, legumes, oats, nuts and sesame seeds are some examples. Also Lactic Acid Yeast Wafers are pretty effective. Let me know if you have any questions.

Kris

Hi Brittney,
I work with essential oils from doTERRA as a wellness advocate but I'm also a Holistic Nutritional Health Coach, I use the oils to support my clients and I've found Fennel, Clary Sage, Geranium, Jasmine or Lemongrass to be effective, you could create a blend or use just one of the oils. Contact me if you wish :)
