Now, here is a story I have heard over and over again, you're late for work with no time to
eat. You jump in the car and head for the nearest drive-through, gulp that sandwich thing and
get to work with a minute to spare. You push through another day. You made it, as you think
to yourself, tomorrow is Saturday. You wake up and make yourself a big mug of coffee. As you
sit there savoring your cup of Joe, you remember that big sale is today. There you go again
running off without breakfast again. Sunday goes that way because of family stuff, places to
go, people to see. Then you began to wonder why you’re feeling tired and sick to your stomach
all the time. Ever so often you get a thought in head that says, I’m sick and tired of being sick
and tired. Why do we spend so much time creating stress that disrupts our unique blueprint?
What if your journey through life mirrored how you felt about yourself, believed in yourself?
What if you begin to believe you have lost your direction in life?
Could you developed a disorder or a disease because of this? It is possible.
All around you are signs that you lack worth. The job, the boss, the failing relationship, your
continued weight gain or weight loss.
Your self-worth is the barometer on how you move through life, up or down.
When you encounter Fear (faults evidence appearing real), it is often disguised as Stress.
The body can not perceive the difference between real or imagined stress.
It is really just dripping in Fear that become your reality.
Shakespeare said, "There is nothing either good or bad only our thinking makes it so."
Henry Ford said, "Whether you believe you're right or wrong your right".
If you were an artist would you continually paint pictures that remind you how bad you feel or
how unworthy you believe you are.
Would you hang a picture on your wall that you hate to look at?
But what would I be without my story?
How could I break this cycle?
How about just starting a new chapter.
Now in this new chapter there must real in-person connections, contribute to something
greater than yourself.
There's a balance between owning and honoring our life experiences and not getting stuck in
them.
We often feel stuck, live in fear and denial, which leads us feeling like we're spinning our wheels.
If you spend too much time stuck in your story, it's like getting stuck in a groove on a record.
Picture your mind as a blank canvas, a blank page, then you choose.
You have the choice whether you are going to paint or write something new and fresh or
continue on with yesterday world or problems.
Einstein said, "You can't solve a problem with same thinking that created it in the first place".
Its your choice.
What are you going to create today?
PS: Don't forget to create it with you in it.
You Worth it!
