Hi Ticked Off,

I am SO sorry to hear of this, and I'm so sorry you were doubted for your REAL symptoms!

Look up "Wim Hoff Breathing Method," do some research on him and his teaching. There are some videos he has teaching you how to breath for maximum efficiency and aid illnesses by doing so. See if we can up your air intake that way, starting 1 time a day, working up to 2-3 times a day to prevent these seizures.

The antibiotics could definitely cause some herxing, but Lyme is also known to cause involuntary spasms. Unfortunately. only time will answer that question.

You could definitely help heal your body in many ways and relieve the symptoms your experiencing.

Babesia Treatment in Lyme Disease
In my experience, recovering from babesia, one of the Lyme disease co-infections, requires

+ combination herbal or prescription antibiotics and antimalarials,
+ steps to boost the immune system, and
+ supplements to decrease inflammation caused by chemicals called cytokines.

Boost the Immune System to Cure Babesia
It is critical for babesia recovery to take steps that boost the immune system. Boost the immune system following the first 10 steps in The Ross Lyme Support Protocol. These steps

+ correct sleep,
+ decrease inflammation cytokines, (taught through lifestyle, diet, exercise)
+ help the immune system adapt to stress, (this is taught)
+ correct hormone imbalances, (I can test for this, protocols are suggested)
+ provide essential micronutrients, and
+ remove yeast overgrowth in the intestines if present. (Protocols)

Talk to your Primary Care Physician about Antimalarials to to cure Babesia.
Babesia is a blood parasite like the parasite that causes malaria. To treat it, use combinations of antimicrobials that are also used to treat malaria. Generally treatments require four to five months. This length of time is required due to immunosuppression caused by Lyme. To cure babesia requires treating at least one month longer than the average length of time a red blood cell lives after it is made by the bone marrow in the center of bones. A red blood cell lives for around three months.

In general, if a treatment is working, the symptoms of babesia should start to improve in 1 to 2 months. If they do not start to improve, then change to a different regimen. It Could Be Bartonella or Babesia.

Feel free to email or call me.

Look into gut health for the root cause of eczema. For my clients, my first step would be to do lab testing (which can be done remotely, you do not need to come into my office) for parasites, bacteria and foods that are highly reactive causing leaky gut. We work from there to start healing, and noticeable changes happen within 6 months to a year.

Dear mapapa, I don't know if there is a cure, but homeopathy may help, especially since it apparently involves mental symptoms as well as the skin phenomena. Homeopathy treat the whole person, body and mind, as one.

Short answer: histamines cause allergies' reactions :-)

Long answer? Allergies are responses to things in our environment; whether they're ingested, exposed on contact, or breathed in, they all indicate roughly the same thing -- our immune system isn't happy with whatever it's been exposed to.

General thought is that we all have items we're predisposed to be sensitive to; these can be "turned on" with the first exposure, such as children with many food allergies, or they can be allergies that we "grow in to," via repeated exposure (such as with many latex allergies).

An allergic response (the body's attempt to get rid of the offending material) is generally considered to be local (for instance, a skin-rash at the site of exposure to an allergen such as latex) or systemic (an all-over body response that can included obstructed breathing as part of its repertoire). Local allergies can graduate to systemic allergies, as in the case of my best friend, an RN who's been in the military and deployed many times. Her contact allergy to many of the treated tools she encounters daily developed into a systemic response to any and all formaldehydes -- whether she's exposed by touch, or by breathing or ingesting them.

Was there a particular response/reaction or allergen you were inquiring about?

What are your other symptoms? That may be an entirely different problem.

You should get a full lab panel to look at inflammatory markers as well as hormones.

This is best discussed with a rehab professional. Your neurologist can give you a referral.

Hi Eric, no cons come to mind really! We could probably all agree that consuming powdered bone broth isn't superior to making your own fresh bone broth from organic/pasture raised local bones. This said, i'm of the mindset that the best bone broth for you is the one you'll actually consume. For some people making their own isn't feasible, the smell or taste isn't desirable and buying it pre-made is too costly. For these individuals having the option to get good quality bone broth powders is excellent. And now with all the flavors available we can keep the fun in feeding our bodies super nutritious bone broth on a more regular basis : -)

I love the sun and have sun-damaged skin of growing up in Southern Calif. to prove it. And now I live in the Sonoran Desert! I am more leery of SPF chemicals and blocking Vit D, though I do use SPF 30 if I'm going to have more than a half hour of direct sun exposure, e.g., hiking or swimming. I also use 15 SPF in my daily face cream and powder. I feel that we should not fear el sol nor hide from him, but use discretion. I believe we need the healing properties of the sun to activate our pineal glands and neurotransmitters.

Exercise in the water - water provides a supportive environment that creates space in the shoulder joint and at the same time offers a level of resistance that helps to strengthen the small shoulder stabilizer muscles. More specifically, an aqua yoga practice will offer someone rehabilitating from a rotator cuff injury the opportunity to practice a combination of mindful weight-bearing (like side plank pose at the pool wall or pool steps) with mobility movements.

I help clients achieve their best health by reversing chronic health conditions, activating healing and learning how to thrive by natural laws. Achieve improvements beyond your expectations. Experience healing and have lifelong health while walking with the limitless power of Christ.

I feel incredible, enjoying all the activities I love without aches, pains, injuries, or energy deficits. When people ask me how I achieve this, I always emphasize living in alignment with God's intended way of life. I started on my health journey at 14 years old, focusing on diet and fitness, which evolved into a career as a holistic doctor. When people ask me how I look this young, I tell them it is by following natural laws and biblical principles, I guide my patients in reversing aging, healing their bodies, and attaining a level of strength, confidence, and love for Christ. Now, at 56, I feel rejuvenated and vibrant, proving that health is simple and transcends trendy "diets" and shortcuts. My goal for my patients is to live joyfully and independently until their last breath, following a rejuvenation lifestyle that's truly life-changing.

What ever you do make sure you breath easy and don't over stretch. Healing the shoulder is difficult to describe in words mainly you need to leave it alone.

Well being is experiential, not abstract. Awareness Through Movement allows you to outsmart pain and experience the pleasure of your body being all connected.

When you sit for an extended period of time, whether it is for work or you are driving or watching tv, you need to wake up your pelvis, re-orient your eyes, and move your neck and spine. It's like pieces of a puzzle. If you want to feel better, you have to be willing to make changes.

You may be holding your breath, furrowing your forehead, tensing your jaw, squeezing your shoulders. These are unconscious un-necessary movements. Honor your needs, and pay attention to what feels good in your body. You may benefit from doing The Feldenkrais Method®.

Each person is an individual with unique experiences and needs. I use modalities and approaches based on current conditions. Follow up treatments are based on changes, and further the healing process.

Plantar Fasciitis can be a very painful inflammation of the arch of either foot, sometimes effectively treated with arch supports that realign the bones and tendons and ligaments of the foot. Make sure that footwear is appropriate to the activity it supports. Pain that is felt in the heel, more acute when first placing the foot on the floor after rest, generally eases off to a more bearable pain once walking begins. It comes unexpectedly and can end just as quickly and can return again at a later date just as unexpectedly. Stretching the back of the lower leg or hamstrings is very beneficial along with ankle motion. Ice to the heel followed by rolling the heel on a golfball or similar round item helps to break up the spasms that accumulate in that area. After several treatments the pain is usually controlled and subsequently gone. Negative heel shoes, where the heels are lower than the toes, have been very successful in prevention of this condition. Earth Shoes have these styles.

Everyone will have their own ideas and beliefs, but as you may have seen many programs that have helped recommend looking to God to fill the void. I believe Jesus is the answer, read the Book The case for Christ , the author was an atheist but did he research and found his answer.
