Has anyone tried salt therapy? AKA halotherapy?

I just heard about salt therapy where you sit in a room with salt added into the air and it is supposed to be really beneficial for skin health and respiratory problems.

My spa just installed a salt wall in their sauna and it's beautiful. I've only sat in there once so far but I honestly didn't know this was a thing. Does anyone have an article or study?
