I feel like I can sleep as much as 10 hours and wake up feeling like I still need some more Zzzz's. Sometimes, I sleep only 4-6 hours and wake up literally jumping out of bed feeling refreshed. What can I do either the night before, morning of, or throughout my day to make my sleep more effective?
